Privacy Policy

AI Media Factory (“the App”) is a content-production and publishing tool operated by Kevin Luong (“the Operator”). The App creates original, AI-generated media and publishes it to social-media accounts that the Operator connects and owns, on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The App is operated privately by and for the Operator; it is not offered as a public service and has no third-party end users.

Information the App accesses and stores

• Account connection data. When the Operator connects a social account via that platform’s official OAuth flow (Google/YouTube, TikTok, Meta/Instagram), the App stores the platform’s account identifier, display name, and the OAuth tokens the platform issues. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never exposed to a browser or third party.
• Content and publishing metadata. Titles, captions, hashtags, schedules, media files created by the App, and the post identifiers returned by each platform after publishing.
• Performance metrics. View counts and similar analytics for the Operator’s own published posts, retrieved via each platform’s official API, used solely to plan the Operator’s future content.

What the App does not do

• It does not collect, store, or process personal data of any person other than the Operator’s own connected accounts.
• It does not sell, share, rent, or transfer any data to third parties.
• It does not serve advertising, and this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.
• It does not post to, read from, or otherwise interact with accounts the Operator does not own or manage.

Platform API services

The App uses each platform’s official API services and complies with their terms, including the YouTube API Services Terms of Service (see also the Google Privacy Policy), the TikTok Developer Terms, and the Meta Platform Terms. Google/YouTube data accessed via OAuth is used only to upload, schedule, and read analytics for the Operator’s own channel content, and is never transferred to third parties.

Data retention and security

Connection tokens are kept only while an account remains connected. Content metadata and analytics are retained as the Operator’s business records. All data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the Operator, with platform credentials encrypted at rest.
