AI Media Factory (“the App”) is a content-production and publishing tool operated by Kevin Luong (“the Operator”). The App creates original, AI-generated media and publishes it to social-media accounts that the Operator connects and owns.

• The App is a private, single-operator tool. Use of the App is limited to the Operator and accounts the Operator owns or manages; no service is offered to the public.
• All content produced by the App is original, AI-generated media. The App labels AI-generated content using each platform’s disclosure mechanisms where such mechanisms exist.
• The App respects each platform’s rate limits, publishing rules, and content policies, and does not attempt to circumvent platform enforcement, verification, or moderation.
• The App and this site are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• These terms and this policy may be updated; the effective date above changes when they do.
